Henning Kempe

Henning Kempe presently serves as a Crew Resource Management Trainer and First Officer for VistaJet, having commenced in November 2023. Prior to this, Henning has held various positions including First Officer for Embraer Legacy 600/650/650E at AET Aviation from May 2019, and for AIR HAMBURG from January 2022 to November 2023. Additionally, Henning functioned as a First Officer for Learjet 60/XR at FAI Aviation Group and for Boeing 737NG at SunExpress. Henning’s instructional expertise includes serving as an ATPL Theoretical Knowledge Instructor at AET Aviation, covering subjects such as Air Law and General Navigation. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in International Aviation System Engineering and Management from HSB Hochschule Bremen, complemented by multiple aviation certifications. Henning also co-founded a company focused on flight crew selection and recruitment for airlines and flight schools.
