Mats Leander

Mats Leander has extensive experience in the aviation and real estate sectors, currently serving as President of VistaJet since January 2010, driving sales growth across the UK, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, and the CIS region. As Co-Chairman of the Advisory Board at VistaJet, Leander contributes to the business model that allows customers to pay only for flight hours without the burdens of aircraft ownership. Additionally, Leander co-founded Sterling Equity Partners S.A., serving as Senior Advisor with a focus on private equity and real estate investments across Europe. Previous roles include Chairman and Founding Partner at Covenant Capital Ltd., which specializes in hospitality sector investments, and Co-Founder and Chairman at United Investment Partners SA, renowned for expertise in US real estate markets. Leander also held the position of Executive Director at Netjets Europe Ltd. from 1997 to 2010.
