Jamie Guinan

Jamie Guinan has extensive work experience in software engineering and development. They currently work as a Senior Software Engineer at VistaPath Biosystems since March 2022. Prior to this, Jamie worked at Boris FX as a Software and Build Engineer from November 2018 to March 2022, where they focused on build infrastructure, visual effects development, and code optimization. Before that, they held the role of Lead Software Developer at M-ND from December 2013 to September 2018, where they developed an HTML5 single-page application and a Node.js solution. From 2004 to 2013, Jamie worked at ZINK Imaging, Inc. as an R&D Software Engineer, specializing in embedded software development for consumer electronics printers. They also had experience as a Build Engineer at Bose in 2003, focusing on Linux-based multimedia systems, and as a Software Engineer at Mindspeed Technologies from 2000 to 2003, where they worked on GNU toolchain development and Python applications. Jamie started their career as a Software Developer at Polaroid Corp. in 1994.

Jamie Guinan completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Suffolk University, between 1990 and 1994.
