Natosha Houston-Cathey, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Vistar, A PFG Company since July 2019, previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager for North Texas. Prior to Vistar, Natosha was the Human Resources Manager at DynaTen Corporation from January 2018 to June 2019 and a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Polk Mechanical Company from August 2012 to January 2018, where participation in the Polk Mechanical Leadership Academy occurred in 2016-2017. Natosha's HR experience includes providing comprehensive support in multi-site environments, with expertise in sourcing and recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and safety management. Earlier, Natosha worked as a Human Resources Security Generalist at the Department of Homeland Security/Federal Air Marshal Service from May 2004 to August 2012, gaining extensive experience in employee relations and compliance within a highly regulated environment. Natosha holds a degree from Oklahoma State University.
