Amulya Guduri

Amulya Guduri is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management and employee engagement. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Vistara - TATA SIA Airlines Ltd. since August 2019, Amulya previously held HR Business Partner roles at Carlsberg Group and Airtel. At Carlsberg, responsibilities included driving learning and development, performance management, and organizational design for sales and marketing across multiple regions. In earlier roles at Airtel, Amulya managed the learning and development agenda, talent management, and employee relations for the Central Marketing team, while also leading talent acquisition efforts for middle-management positions. Amulya holds an MBA in HR from the Birla Institute of Technology and a BA in Sociology from Delhi University.
