Rasmeeta Nayak

Rasmeeta Nayak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President - Human Resources at Vistara - TATA SIA Airlines Ltd. since March 2018. Previously, Rasmeeta held various HR leadership roles at airtel from July 2010 to March 2018, including Head HR for the Global Business, Finance & Global Shared Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing a diverse workforce across multiple regions. Prior to airtel, Rasmeeta contributed as an HR Business Partner at AIRCEL INDIA and as Assistant Manager - HR at GENPACT INDIA, gaining expertise in talent engagement, employee management, and HR project management on a global scale. Educational qualifications include a PG Degree in PMIR from Utkal University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Statistics.
