Terri st Antoine

Terri St Antoine, CPA, CIA, CGMA, has extensive experience in internal auditing and financial management, currently serving as Senior Manager for Special Projects and Internal Controls at Visteon Corporation since April 2007. Responsibilities include overseeing domestic and international audit projects, managing Internal Audits and SOX 404 Audits, and providing strategic input to the annual audit plan while leading continuous improvement initiatives within the Internal Audit department. Previously, Terri held positions at Flint Group, Wayne County Michigan, and Voest-Alpine Services & Technologies Corporation, focusing on audit examinations, compliance with company policies, and financial reporting. Terri holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Detroit College of Business.
