John Grossman has had a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. John began their career as a Marketing professional at California Suncare, where they successfully managed a $3 million international marketing budget and increased sales annually. John then transitioned into the field of Human Resources and worked as a Technical Recruiter at Metro Information Services.

John later joined Idealab!, where they served as a Human Resources Management Consultant, leading the development of HR infrastructure for various technology start-ups. During this time, they also worked as a Project Manager and Recruiter at Intel Corp., overseeing global staffing in multiple countries and managing a team.

Currently, John is the Senior Director and Head of Human Resources at Visterra Inc., a subsidiary of the Otsuka family of companies. John is part of a talented and driven team working on developing innovative antibody-based therapies for patients with unmet needs.
