Mae Padua-Janusas

Mae Padua-Janusas has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Vistex since November 2017. In this leadership role, Mae oversees the execution of global hiring strategies, manages a team of Talent Acquisition Managers and Partners, and collaborates with various stakeholders to build strategic talent pipelines. Prior to Vistex, Mae held positions at Connect Search, LLC, Accounting Principals, Staffmark, SNI Companies, and Best Nurses Network, gaining a robust skill set in candidate assessment, recruitment strategies, and client relationship management. Mae holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from The George Washington University and an Associate of Science in Dietetics from Harper College.
