Amanda Decowski, SPHR, possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager and previously holding roles such as Director of HRIS, HR Services, and People Analytics at Vistra Corp. since December 2018. Prior to Vistra Corp., Amanda worked at Dynegy as HR Customer Partner Lead and held various positions at Evergent Group, LMI Aerospace, and Professional Staffing Resources, gaining a wealth of knowledge in HR management and analytics. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Anselm College and a Certificate in HR from UCSD.
