Annette Underwood

Annette Underwood brings extensive experience in human resources, with a proven track record of leading diversity initiatives and managing employee relations. As Vice President of Human Resources at Vistra Corp from 2013 to 2021, Annette developed a corporate diversity program and integrated diversity-focused teams into the overall strategy. Prior roles include Director of Employee Relations and Compliance at Vistra Corp, where Annette managed a team and conducted internal investigations, and Manager of Employee Relations at TXU Energy. Annette also served as an Employee Relations Specialist at Energy Future Holdings and as an Operations Specialist at Delta Air Lines, providing support to flight attendants. Annette holds a BS in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas.
