Anson Lee

Anson Lee has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Anson started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University at Buffalo in 2010. Following that, they worked as a Process Engineer Trainee at Kotra Pharma (M) Sdn Bhd in 2011. Anson then joined Hospira in 2012 as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer III. From 2015 to 2016, Anson worked at the UTSA Texas Sustainable Energy Research Institute as a Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant. In 2016, they interned as an Economic Data Science Intern at CPS Energy. Anson then joined ERCOT in 2017, initially as a Market Operation Analyst and later as a Market Operation Engineer. Currently, Anson is employed at Vistra Corp., where they have held positions as a Data Scientist - Advanced Analytics and is currently working as a Lead Data Scientist- Transmission Trading.

Anson Lee has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical & Biological Engineering from the University at Buffalo. Anson also pursued a Master's degree in Applied Statistics from The University of Texas at San Antonio and another Master's degree (No degree seeker) in Statistics from Texas A&M University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Anson has obtained various certifications in areas such as Machine Learning, Python, SAS programming, and Cloud Computing.
