Lee Adams

Lee Adams has a diverse work experience in the energy and mining industry. Lee has held various roles at Vistra Corp., starting as an Asset Analyst and progressing to Senior Director of Coal Trading & Logistics. In their roles, Lee has been responsible for managing commodity exposure, transportation agreements, and hedging strategies. Lee has also worked as a Staff Mining Engineer and Business Manager at The North American Coal Corporation, overseeing cost accounting, HR, and safety. Prior to that, they were an Engineer at The Sabine Mining Company, where they managed information services, troubleshooting, and server maintenance.

Lee Adams completed a Graduate Certificate in Statistics from Texas A&M University from 2008 to 2010. They also earned an MBA in Finance from LeTourneau University from 2001 to 2002, and a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from LeTourneau University from 1995 to 1999. In addition, Lee obtained several certifications in Data Science from edX, including courses on Wrangling, Productivity Tools, Inference and Modeling, Probability, Visualization, and R Basics.
