Margaret Montemayor

Margaret Montemayor has extensive work experience in the accounting field. Margaret began their career as a Senior Associate at Arthur Andersen from September 2000 to July 2002. Margaret then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in Assurance from June 2002 to July 2004. Margaret later served as a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Global Capital Markets Group in Zurich from July 2004 to June 2008. Margaret then worked as a Manager in Transaction Services - Accounting and Financial Reporting Group from July 2008 to June 2010. Margaret's next role was at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, where they held the position of Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from June 2010 to July 2022. Currently, they are employed at Vistra Corp. as the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller starting from November 2023.

Margaret Montemayor obtained their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting from St. Mary's University between 1995 and 2000.
