Paul Fowler

Paul Fowler serves as Senior Counsel - Commercial at Vistra Corp. since April 2018, focusing on renewable energy projects and negotiating various contracts, including Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contracts and Power Purchase Agreements. Prior to this role, Paul was Corporate Counsel at Dynegy Inc., where responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions and providing legal support for operational facilities. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Marketing Representative at Apache Corporation, Of Counsel at Boyer Jacobs Short, Associate at Porter & Hedges, L.L.P., and Associate at Haskell Slaughter Young & Rediker, LLC. Paul holds a BA in Economics and English from Vanderbilt University and a JD from The University of Alabama School of Law.
