Sandeep Dudhwewala

Sandeep Dudhwewala has an extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Sandeep is currently a Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy & M&A at Vistra Corp. Prior to that, they served as a Director on the Board of Directors at GridWise Alliance and was an Advisory Board Member at Partnership Fund for New York City. Sandeep also held multiple roles at National Grid, including Vice President, Head of Utility of the Future and Vice President, Strategic Planning and Performance Management. Sandeep was also a Strategy Advisor to the President and CEO of National Grid USA. Before that, Sandeep worked as a Senior Manager of Corporate Development at NextEra Energy Resources and as a Manager of Strategic Initiatives at FPL, a wholly owned regulated utility of NextEra Energy Inc. Sandeep began their career as a Management Consulting Associate at Mitchell Madison Group and later worked at CA Technologies in various leadership roles, including Director of Technology Strategy and Director of Software Product Development. Sandeep has a strong background in strategic planning, operational excellence, and business development.

Sandeep Dudhwewala holds an MBA degree in Strategy and Finance from The Wharton School, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Sandeep also has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University, which they completed from 1997 to 2000. Furthermore, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from the University of Rochester, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, Sandeep Dudhwewala has obtained certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt from NextEra Energy in 2010 and as a Next Generation Executive Alum from The Partnership, Inc. in 2022.
