Tim Gilder

Tim Gilder is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning multiple roles in the nuclear power industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Vistra Corp. since March 2023, Tim previously held the position of Director of Nuclear Oversight at Vistra - Luminant and has extensive experience with Luminant from April 2006 to December 2022, where roles included Manager of Design Engineering and Analysis and Director of Performance Improvement. Prior to that, Tim worked at TXU Power as an Engineering Manager from 1999 to 2006. Tim Gilder earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University between 1981 and 1985.
