Victor Modeer

Victor Modeer possesses extensive experience in engineering management and geotechnical engineering, highlighted by the current role as Engineering Manager at Vistra Corp. since January 2017. Previously, Victor served as the Geotechnical and Transportation Engineering Department Manager at URS, AECOM from 2005 to 2017, and held the titles of Chief Engineer and Director at the Illinois Department of Transportation between 1986 and 2005. Victor's military service with the US Navy as an Officer in the Civil Engineer Corps, specifically with the Seabees during the Desert Storm deployment, adds a unique dimension to the professional background.
