Berta Ortega

Berta Ortega is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Country Managing Director at VISTRA since March 2022, Berta drives the success of operations in Spain through market expansion and team management. Prior to this role, Berta spent over a decade at ADP, where positions included Head of Service Operations and Senior Division Manager, Client Relationship, leading teams and managing client relations for multinational payroll services. Earlier career roles include General Manager at COMEBA S.A. and Product Manager at Mapa Spontex. Education includes a degree in Administration and Business Management from Universitat de Barcelona and a specialization in Cultural Diversity in Organizations from EADA Business School.
