Victoria Roquette is the TBC & Country Head, Portugal at Carne. Victoria has over 9 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Carne, they were the Vice President, Private Wealth Management Distribution at BlackRock from July 2013 to June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Private Wealth institutions and managed the funds distribution to the 10 largest global private banks. From August 2011 to July 2013, they were an Associate, Sales and Investment Specialist at Permal Group Ltd., where they supported the development and implementation of Permal's sales strategy in Europe for flagship funds and customized managed accounts with responsibility for French speaking countries: France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco. From January 2011 to June 2011, they were an Assistant Global Relationship Manager - Resources & Energy Group at HSBC. And from June 2009 to July 2009, they were a Financial Analyst in M&A at Sonepar USA.

Victoria Roquette has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Management from IÉSEG School of Management, specializing in finance. Victoria also has a Master of Science in finance from Hong Kong Baptist University. Victoria is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds the CFA UK Level 4 certification.
