Caroline Charles

Caroline Charles is an experienced professional with a robust background in client management and project implementation. Currently serving as an Onboarding Manager at VISTRA since August 2021, Caroline oversees the overseas setup of legal entities, tax registrations, and payroll/accounting/compliance services for clients. Prior to this role, Caroline spent nearly nine years at Insperity, initially as a Senior Orientation Representative and later as a MidMarket Project Manager, where responsibilities included leading client implementations through all project phases. Previous positions include Account Manager roles at Brown & Brown and Unum, and a Financial Services Representative position at MetLife Financial Services, along with sales experience at Liberty Mutual Insurance and administrative experience at Dade County Federal Credit Union. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
