Connie Padilla

Connie Padilla has extensive experience in corporate governance and management, currently serving as Managing Director at VISTRA since July 2016, where responsibilities include statutory direction and general management. Concurrently, since 2007, Connie has been Managing Director at Orangefield Group, which evolved from ING Trust, bringing a wealth of expertise in corporate services and fund administration. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant General Manager at ING Trust from 1998 to 2007, focusing on the Latin American market, and as an Attorney at Law with Corporate Trust N.V. from 1984 to 1986, managing legal documentation and company incorporations. Connie holds a master’s degree in laws from the University of the Netherlands Antilles and completed VWO at Radulphus College and Maria Immaculata Lyceum.
