Gisela Alvarez

Gisela Alvarez is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in international human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of International HR Advisory at VISTRA since August 2021, Gisela previously held the role of Human Resources Manager for the US, Peru, and Colombia at EYMAQ from March 2020 to July 2021. Gisela's earlier positions include International Mobility Counselor for LATAM at Weichert Workforce Mobility and Global Mobility Consultant for LATAM at Santa Fe Relocation, where management of global mobility processes for the South America region was a focus. Additionally, Gisela served as Human Resources and Business Services Manager for Colombia and Peru at Talisman Colombia Oil & Gas, also part of the Repsol Group, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive HR functions. Gisela holds a Master's Degree in Global Executive MBA from EAE Business School and degrees in Strategic Management of Human Resources and Business Administration from Universidad de Lima.
