Naomi McGloin

Naomi McGloin is an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in financial crime governance and compliance. Currently serving as the Group Head of Financial Crime Governance and Compliance and Regional Compliance Director for the Americas at VISTRA since April 2019, Naomi oversees compliance issues, acts as a key advisor to senior management, and reports to the Board. Previously, Naomi held significant roles at Certus as Group Head of Financial Crime Governance and Compliance and at Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon as a Consulting Manager, where expertise included forensic investigations and risk management. Naomi's educational credentials include ACCA, LCOI in Compliance, and a degree in Business from the University of Limerick.
