Rajesh Vennam

Rajesh Vennam is an accomplished professional with over 13 years of experience in human resources and business operations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Shared Services Manager at VISTRA since September 2020, Rajesh supports leadership in establishing the structure for HR Shared Services and plays a key role in global Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Onboarding initiatives. Prior experience includes a tenure at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2010 to August 2020 as a Business Process Lead, where Rajesh led a team of seven, demonstrating expertise in strategic and operational HR contributions as a recognized Subject Matter Expert.
