Gavin Damant

Gavin Damant is a seasoned professional in people development and performance coaching with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a People Development Partner and Performance Coach at Vistry Group since July 2023, Gavin leads initiatives focused on transformative learning solutions for staff and company culture enhancement. Prior to this role, Gavin was a People Leadership Coach at Multiverse, designing and delivering leadership coaching and workshops for diverse clients including FTSE 100 and S&P 500 companies. Additional experience includes positions as an Associate Trainer at Imax Training LTD, Creative Director at Astute Coaching & Training, and Trainer roles with Suffolk Constabulary, where bespoke leadership training packages were developed. Gavin’s background also includes a successful career in law enforcement as a Police Constable and Martial Arts Coach, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from the University of Leicester.
