Matthew Bass

Matthew Bass currently serves as Factory Director at Vistry Group, a position held since February 2023, after previously working as Factory Manager at Countryside from October 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, Matthew held the role of Assistant Factory Manager at Countryside Properties (UK) Limited from March 2020 to October 2021. Matthew's extensive career in manufacturing began at Pasquill, where responsibilities included Operations Manager, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, and Production Planner from April 2006 to March 2020. Matthew Bass completed education at Balshaw's High School from 1994 to 1999.
