Rachel Pilcher

Rachel Pilcher serves as the Group Legal & Governance Director at Vistry Group since February 2019, where responsibilities include governance, legal leadership, corporate compliance, and management of PLC committees. Previous roles include Group Governance & Secretariat Director, Senior Assistant Company Secretary at EY, and Associate Corporate Lawyer at Cripps LLP, with a strong focus on corporate governance, M&A, and employee rewards. Rachel's foundational legal training began with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Liverpool, followed by completion of the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law, and includes a history of diverse positions in legal and tax advisory roles at PwC UK. Additionally, Rachel is a qualified mental health first aider.
