Samuel Grey is an experienced quantity surveyor with a comprehensive background in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Managing Surveyor at Vistry Group, Samuel has previously held roles at Bowbridge Homes and Barratt Developments plc, where responsibilities included managing site budgets, payment processes, and daily site operations. Beginning a career at David Wilson Homes, Samuel progressed from a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to various senior roles while gaining extensive exposure to the commercial aspects of construction. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with Honours in History from the University of Nottingham and an HNC in Construction from Birmingham City University.
