Steve Pearce

Steve Pearce has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance. Steve began their career at Deloitte, where they worked as an Assistant Manager from 2005 to 2010. Steve then joined Inmarsat as a Corporate Reporting Analyst, later transitioning to the role of Senior Financial Planning Analyst. Pearce subsequently worked at Openreach as a Finance Manager before joining Worldpay as the Head of Financial Planning Analysis and later as a Senior Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis. Steve then moved on to Marks and Spencer, where they served as the Head of Finance, FP&A. Pearce's next roles were at Countryside Partnerships, where they held the positions of Finance Director and Divisional Finance Director - Home Counties and South. Currently, they are working at Vistry Group as the Divisional Finance Director - East.

Steve Pearce completed their education at various institutions. Steve first attended Southend High School for Boys from 1995 to 2002, where they studied subjects such as Economics, French, Computing, and General Studies. After their time at the high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Nottingham, graduating in 2005. Steve then went on to study at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained the ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) qualification.
