Paola Lucas Sosa

Paola Lucas Sosa is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and process management. Currently serving as Process Manager at Visual Branding S.A. de C.V. since January 2021, Paola previously held various engineering roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from June 2016 to November 2020. As a Design Release Engineer, Paola was responsible for the steering system design for the Jeep Compass, RAM Promaster, and Fiat 500, focusing on warranty solutions and cost reduction strategies. Paola began the career with an internship at FCA in 2016, working on drivetrain projects. Paola holds a Master of Engineering in Quality and Productivity Systems and a Bachelor's degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
