Phr® Christina Miyamoto

Christina Miyamoto, PHR®, has over 9 years of experience in Human Resources and Management roles. Christina is currently the Director of Human Resources at Visual Data Media Services, where they lead HR operations internationally and implements payroll systems and compliance protocols. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Manager at PLAN DO SEE AMERICA, overseeing regulations, staffing budgets, and employee complaints. Christina also worked as a Human Resources and Accounting Manager at HEI Hotels & Resorts, where they enforced policies, counseled employees, and maintained financial records. Earlier in their career, they held management positions at Bon Appétit Management Company, Dusit International, Hyatt Century Plaza, and Sheraton Universal Hotel.

Christina Miyamoto, PHR®, completed their education between 2005 and 2009 at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Christina obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management, with an emphasis in Human Resources Management. In September 2018, Christina also obtained their Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
