Ryan Woods

Ryan Woods is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Visual Matrix since April 2025, where the focus is on providing innovative technology solutions for hotel operators. Previously, Ryan held the position of Chief Financial Officer and EVP, Head of Finance & Operations at Membersy, supporting its acquisition by Charlesbank Capital Partners. Ryan's experience also includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at R-Zero, a biosafety technology company, and providing fractional CFO consulting services at Axis Advisory LLC. Additionally, Ryan served as VP of Finance at Alpine SG, overseeing finance operations for PE-owned behavioral health SaaS companies. Ryan holds a B.A. in Business Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and two Master's degrees in Professional Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
