Frank Tait

Frank Tait is a strategic advisor and director at Visual Plan Inc. Frank has over 25 years of experience in the software industry, including executive leadership roles in corporate development, sales, and product management.

Prior to joining Visual Plan Inc., Frank was the Sr. Vice President of Corporate Development at Frontline Education, where they led product management, strategic alliances, and mergers and acquisitions for business-to-business products. During their eight years at Frontline, Frank helped grow the company from a small startup to a leading provider of educational software solutions.

Before Frontline, Frank was the Vice President of Sales at Schoolwires, where they grew the sales team from 13 to 30 and doubled sales from 2008 to 2010. Prior to Schoolwires, Frank was the President of Justice Solutions at MAXIMUS, where they had full P&L responsibility for a $20 million business serving the justice and public safety market with court case management and integrated justice software solutions. At MAXIMUS, Frank successfully turned around the business from a custom software focus to a standard product focus, increasing sales 32% and expanding the customer base into the Asia Pacific market.

Frank Tait's educational career began with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Temple University. Frank then obtained certification from the Pragmatic Institute in Pragmatic Marketing and TDI as a PMC-II. Finally, they obtained certification from the National Rifle Association as a NRA Training Counselor and Chief Range Safety Officer.
