Viviana Merendino

Viviana Merendino has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Viviana started their career as a Political Analyst during an internship at the Italian Diplomatic Office in Pristina, Kosovo. In this role, they analyzed and wrote reports, as well as participated in meetings with international organizations.

Viviana then joined ExxonMobil as a Customer Accounts and Transition Support member, where they provided support in managing customer accounts and transitions.

Moving on, Viviana joined Kellogg Company and worked as an IT Business Lead. Here, they led process improvement and system change projects in the Finance shared service center. Viviana successfully managed the outsourcing of purchase to pay processes and led the implementation of a new P2P tool.

Afterwards, they worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Global Expenditure Technical Associate. In this role, they provided process guidance to the Expenditure group and drove projects for process and efficiency improvements. Viviana also trained diverse teams in Lean methodology.

Viviana then joined VMONDO CONSULTING LTD as an IT Finance Project Manager. Here, they successfully managed the implementation of various IT projects, including system changes for Kellogg's European reorganization and a Trade Promotion Management tool.

Currently, Viviana is working at Visualfabriq - AI Enhanced Revenue Management as a Customer Success Manager and Product Owner. In these roles, they ensure customer satisfaction and manages the product development process.

Throughout their career, Viviana has demonstrated strong project management skills, process improvement expertise, and a commitment to customer success.

Viviana Merendino has a strong education background with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The Open University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their Master's degree in International Relations at the University of Warwick from 2003 to 2004. Viviana also holds a degree in Scienze Internazionali e Diplomatiche from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, although the start and end years for this degree are unspecified.
