Parag Grover

Parag Grover has held various roles in the technology industry since 1996. In 1996, they were the Business Development Manager for Corbus, LLC. From 2000 to 2002, they were a Sales Manager for Convergys and an Independent Consultant for various organisations such as MOT Lebanon, KPMG, Ericsson, GET Oman, and Argent Networks. In 2003, they joined Comptel Corporation as the Director for West Asia Operations, where they were responsible for P/L for the West Asia Region. Parag then became the Country Manager for India Subcontinent and later the Vice President for West Asia. In 2012, they co-founded GreenSrishti, a boutique idea specializing in indoor plant management services. In 2014, they joined Lumata Group as the Vice President for APAC and was responsible for managing the P&L and growing Lumata's business and operations in SAARC and APAC region. In 2015, they joined Lumata Digital as the President, General Manager UAE, Member Board of Directors, and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. In 2017, they founded and became the CEO of Visume, a cloud based, digital transformation ecosystem for enterprises.

Parag Grover attained their Graduation in Computer Science from BS (Computer Science) between 1991 and 1994. Parag then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing Management & Human Resources from Indian Institute of Planning and Management between 1994 and 1996. In 2010, they attended Harvard Business School for General Management, Strategy & Leadership.
