Sheree East

Sheree East is an experienced professional in food innovation and quality management, currently serving as an Innovation Manager with Vita Coco since October 2015. In this role, Sheree is part of the Global Innovation Team, focusing on market-led innovation and overseeing the launch process from concept to market in European and Middle Eastern regions. Prior to this, Sheree worked as a Quality and Regulations Specialist within the Global Quality Team, managing the quality and technical aspects of products for the same regions. Additionally, Sheree has experience as a Food Technologist at Leathams Ltd, specializing in ambient food products and ensuring food safety and quality for various clients. Sheree began the career as a Technical Recruitment Consultant at CPA Recruitment and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Lincoln.
