Gordon Towell

Mr Towell is a highly experienced Director having held Executive, non-Executive and Chairman roles with both publicly quoted and private equity backed healthcare and technology companies. He has chaired and participated in various committees including clinical oversight, remuneration and audit, and has significant experience and success in driving growth both through M&A activity and establishing greenfield sites. He has had a strong focus on building teams, a track record of managing and motivating medical professionals, implementing innovative digital marketing programs, and driving classclass-leadingolutions to benefit both patients/customers and practitioners.

More recently, Mr Towell has been responsible as Chief Executive Officer since 2014 for the growth of National Dental Care, (a private equity equity-backedl group with over 70 practices across Australia), from virtual start up to one of Australia’s most respected dental corporates with over 350 practitioners and 1100 practice staff. Mr Towell has implemented class leading clinical governance, practice accreditation, back-office systems and processes, including innovative digital marketing/social media programs and patient communications.
