Inga McClelland has extensive work experience in customer service and operations management. Inga currently holds the position of Head of Customer Operations at Altogether Group since June 2022. Prior to this, Inga worked at Vita Group Limited as the Head of Service Operations from October 2019 and as the ICT Customer Services Manager from September 2018 to October 2019. Inga also served as the Business ICT Customer Services Manager at Vita Group from July 2017. Inga's earlier roles include being the Vita Enterprise Solutions Support Manager from August 2010 and the Vita Enterprise Solutions Customer Support Manager from September 2016 to July 2017. Inga briefly worked as the Head of Service Operations at ENTAG from June 2021 to June 2022. Throughout their career, Inga has consistently focused on delivering customer-focused results, managing service teams, and driving process improvements.
Inga McClelland has a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Communications degree obtained from the University of the Sunshine Coast with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Inga also holds a Diploma in Marketing from APM College of Business and Communication. In addition, they have obtained a Diploma in Marketing and Business from an institution called Marketing.
