Elizabeth Mayo is a dedicated Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner currently engaged with Vita Health Group since May 2022, having previously held similar roles at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust from March 2021 to May 2022 and as a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. Prior experience includes a position as a Mental Health Employment Consultant with Richmond Fellowship and a Forensic Mental Health Recovery Worker with Penrose. Elizabeth began their career as a Peer Support Mentor at Paiwand. In terms of education, Elizabeth is pursuing a Diploma in Health Coaching at CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from the University of East Anglia and additional qualifications in psychotherapy from WPF Therapy and The Minster Centre. Earlier academic pursuits include a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology from SOAS University of London and a BA Foundation degree in the same field from Goldsmiths, University of London.
