Lucy Tibble

Lucy Tibble possesses extensive experience in mental health and operational management within various organizations. Currently serving as the EAP Operational Lead at Vita Health Group since April 2024, Lucy previously held key positions such as Mental Health Clinical Performance Manager and Mental Health Practitioner Team Manager at Optima Health, where responsibilities included team management, clinical supervision, and service development. At TP Health, Lucy was the Lead Mental Health Practitioner, managing a team and developing training programs. Prior experience includes roles as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner at Mind and Management Support at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. Lucy holds a Post Graduate degree in Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from the University of Essex and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Hertfordshire.
