Lnha Gideon Leiser

Gideon Leiser's work experience begins with an internship at Harbor Group in 2010. In 2014, they joined CommuniCare Health Services as an Administrator in Training, completing a one-year program in preparation for becoming a licensed nursing home administrator. During this program, they gained experience in various areas such as financial management, regulatory compliance, staffing, and marketing. From 2015 to 2018, Gideon held roles as Assistant Executive Director and later Executive Director at CommuniCare Health Services. In 2018, they joined Vita Healthcare Group, first serving as Executive Director and later promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2020.
