Dan Patterson

Founding Engineer at Vitable Health

Dan Patterson is a software engineer and the founding engineer of Vitable Health. Dan has over three years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining cloud-based Java micro-services. Dan has also worked as an independent contractor for First Pick LLC, where they developed software for the company. Prior to their work at Vitable Health, Patterson worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a software engineer intern and later as a software engineer. During their time at JPMorgan Chase & Co., they worked on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining cloud-based Java micro-services that supported the mobile payments platform. Dan also enabled a faster and more seamless online checkout experience for thousands of JPMC customers.

Dan Patterson attended Penn State University from 2015 to 2019, where they studied computer science. Dan was involved with the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and the National Society of Leadership and Success. Dan then attended Y Combinator in 2020.
