Nikki Tricarico

Nikki Tricarico currently serves as the Head of Talent and People at Vitable Health since March 2025. Prior to this role, Nikki was the Manager of Customer Success in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at Rival from April 2024 to March 2025. Nikki held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition and People Operations at Mantra Health from December 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading recruitment and people strategy for a Series A health-tech company and enhancing onboarding programs. Earlier experience includes Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Marketing and Enablement at Nomad Health and Talent Acquisition Manager for GTM and Executive roles at Doma, achieving significant hiring successes. Nikki graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara and obtained a High School Diploma from Hong Kong International School.
