Rafael Perdomo has extensive work experience in various industries. Rafael is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Vitae Health, a company that offers specialized medical care services. Rafael is responsible for overseeing the company's operations and implementing innovative healthcare solutions.

Prior to their role at Vitae Health, Rafael worked as a Partner/Director at Atómica, where they provided innovation consulting for the Central America & Caribbean region. Rafael'sconsulting focused on strategy innovation, commercial efficiency, financial analysis, and business development in the pharmaceutical sector.

Rafael also served as the Director of Operations and Finance at High Traffic Media, where they managed the company's operations and financial matters.

Rafael was the General Manager of Farmaentrega, a digital channel for the commercialization of pharmaceutical products. During their tenure, Rafael developed a vision and innovative business model for the company, resulting in increased sales and customer loyalty.

Before that, Rafael worked as a Project Manager at London Consulting Group, where they specialized in designing and implementing corporate structures for regional pharmaceutical companies and insurance policies retention models.

Rafael also held positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Belleza Express and Senior Assessor at International Management Assessors, where they gained experience in logistics management, supply chain management, and commercial and manufacturing management.

Earlier in their career, Rafael worked as a Leader of Improvement Projects at Cuadernos y Papeles. Rafael was also involved in entrepreneurship ventures, including an innovative parking model in Bogota and the distribution of Canadian canola oil in the Colombian market.

Rafael Perdomo earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2009. In 2019-2020, they attended IPADE Business School, specializing in Administration and general business management, where they completed the Alta Dirección A-2 program.
