Katy Lister

Katy Lister is the current Head of Sales for O&M South at Vital Energi Utilities Limited. Katy has previous experience working as a Senior Business Development Manager for Community Energy at E.ON from June 2015 to November 2017, and as a Regional Sales Manager for Venues and Events from April 2010 to June 2014. Katy is responsible for the day-to-day management of 6 Team Managers and 1 industry recruiter, as well as 72 sub co-ordinates. Katy has a proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets, and is skilled in analysing sales trends to implement changes. Katy is also an experienced leader, motivator and coach, who is adept at conducting quarterly conferences and regular one-to-ones.
