Katie Caruso Hill

Katie Hill is currently the COO at Vital Energy and holds the title of Vice President Operations. Prior to this, Katie was the Sr. Vice President - Operations at Javelin Energy Partners, LLC. With a background in production engineering and as a facilities engineer at BP, Katie has also held roles as the Production and Infrastructure Manager and Project Manager at Chesapeake Energy. Katie holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
