Erik Evensen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles over the years. Starting in 2008, they interned as a Tax Intern at KPMG. Currently, they are working for Vital Farms as the Vice President of FP&A, after progressing through the roles of Director and Senior Director within the same department.

Erik Evensen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Erik also pursued a Masters of Accountancy degree at the same university from 2008 to 2009.
