Jeff Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff has held various roles in logistics and operations management. Jeff began their career as a Help Desk Intern and progressed through different positions such as Help Desk Analyst and Sr. Help Desk Analyst. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Logistics Analyst. In 2008, they became the Manager of Business Process Development - Order To Cash. From 2014 to 2016, Jeff served as the Manager of Customer Supply Chain Initiatives. Jeff then took on the role of Warehouse, Operations Manager from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they were promoted to the position of Sr. Manager, Warehouse Operations. Finally, they worked as the Director, Warehouse Operations at The J.M. Smucker Co. from 2018 until March 2023. Currently, Jeff is the Director of Logistics at Vital Farms, starting in March 2023.
Jeff Johnson obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Ashland University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems from Kent State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
