Nathan Chan

Nathan Chan is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as the Director and Head of Industrial Services at Knight Frank Greater China since October 2019. With a strong background in consultancy and agency services, Nathan has successfully concluded over 50 transactions, encompassing over 500,000 square feet of industrial space across various sectors including 3PL, cold storage, data centres, indoor agriculture, car workshops, self-storage, and central kitchens. Prior to this role, Nathan worked as a Manager at JLL Hong Kong from July 2015 to July 2019. Nathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrated BBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
